The Student Leader of the Year Award has been established to recognize one student for his/her outstanding leadership and commitment to University of Connecticut Stamford Campus in the following areas:

contributions to the UConn-Stamford community,
level of involvement in campus activities (both inside and outside of the classroom),
support of all aspects of the UConn-Stamford campus community,
dedication, commitment, encouragement of leadership in others

The Student Club of the Year award has been established to acknowledge and recognize the student club that has had the most impact and made significant contributions to the University of Connecticut, Stamford Campus community.
