Campus Change Appeal Form

An appeal is a reversal of a decision made by providing additional evidence that, if presented at the time of submission, could have created a favorable decision. Therefore, lack of proper credits, missing deadlines or denial of your application to the college of your major is not appealable. Campus change appeals are due by 4PM on October 9th.

An appeal will be reviewed based upon the following criteria:

  1. Need to attend Storrs due to unforeseen documentable circumstance. Verifiable 3rd party documentation WILL be required upon submission and will be substantiated.
  2. Late admission to the major of choice. Records of major change must be confirmed in PeopleSoft.
